A white nonbloody discharge can be due to a yeast infection (common for diabetics) or it could be due to bacterial vaginosis as well as a number of STDs. Bacterial vaginosis is not an STD; it can occur regardless of sexual activity and is secondary to bacterial overgrowth.
It appears as if your symptoms are resolving with antifungal treamtent making it likely that you have a yeast infection. However, if your symptoms don’t resolve with antifungal treatment, then an evaluation by your gynecologist is warranted to determine the cause of your discharge and place you on the correct treatment regimen.
