I have a bump on my penis. I am not sure if it is a black head or ingorn hair. I was recently tested for STD’s. I do not have any STD’s. I shave my pubic hairs on a regular basis. I have had this bump for about 2 weeks which was the last time I shaved my pubic hair. I have used Clearasil it helped shrink the bump but did not clear up the bump. I used rubbing alcohol it helped shrink the bump but did not clear up the bump. I don’t have insurance so I am not sure what to do. Any feedback you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Alternatively, human papillomavirus (HPV) is a common causes of bumps of the penis. Certain strains of HPV can cause genital warts and some have the potential to cause cervical, rectal, and penile cancers. If a physician believes your lesion to be suspicious, (s)he may recommend a biopsy.
