The last few months I’ve noticed a rattling in my right lung…it kinda of just happens randomly and as soon as I move it goes away…I’m not really sure if its something I should be concerned about? It’s not painful…just a bit uncomfortable…

Rattling in the lung is a strange symptom. Given that it is positional, it is likely related to an anatomic abnormality. You should attempt to replicate the symptoms for your primary care physician during an evaluation. In addition, an x-ray is warranted to evaluate your symptom.
