It appears as if you have a urinary tract infection. Common symptoms of urinary tract infections include pain/pressure of the suprapubic area, frequent urination, pain with urination, urinary dribbling, etc. You should be evaluated by your doctor who should also perform a urinalysis and urine culture. It may also be warranted to get tested for sexually transmitted diseases at this time. If you are found to have a urinary tract infection, a prescription of antibiotics should cure you and relieve your symptoms.
