Assuming you mean to say that you are passing a RED JELLY-LIKE substance in your stool, this is most likely blood. Bleeding from a polypectomy (removal of a polyp) can occur for up to 1 week post-procedure. If you continue to bleed past 1 week or if you are having increased volume and frequency of blood, then you should seek medical attention immediately as this could indicate an uncontrolled gastrointestinal bleed.
Unless you are eating massive amounts of red food (beets, berries, etc.), then the jelly-like substance is most likely not diet related.
Lastly, if you develop a fever or abdominal pain, you should seek medical attention.
